Mike Acker began writing his first book in 2007 as part of his Master's program on leadership. Unfortunately, his author aspirations seemingly disappeared when traditional publishers rejected his proposals. Speaking and leading replaced writing and over a decade passed when a speaking client, bestselling author Rachel Richards, challenged Mike to turn his coaching into books.
Accepting the challenge Mike subscribed to many podcasts, read books, joined masterminds, attended conferences, enrolled in the Self-Publishing School and in Honoree Corder's PhD Publishing program, along with several others...
After publishing several books (including the top rated Speak with No Fear) along with Speak with Confidence through Wiley, Mike turned to helping others and founded Advantage Publishing Group to help other thought leaders to tell their story and share their ideas so they can 'Extend their Influence and Impact their World.'
Josh Kelley is a traditionally published author (Radically Normal) and a former pastor-turned-bartender. He now works as a ghostwriter and developmental editor who specializes in helping authors discover the book they have hidden inside them and taking it to the next level. He values clear, engaging, and honest writing that changes lives.
